Hi, I’m Brooke Denay — a peer supporter, community builder, and graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a deep love for all things neuro 🧠.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and created and facilitated a neurodiversity peer support group within a community peer center for nearly two years. That experience affirmed something I care deeply about: neurodivergent adults deserve spaces where we can unmask, stim, info-dump, process deeply, and exist without being judged. 💖
My work is grounded in a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed lens. I’m especially interested in executive functioning, sensory processing, identity development, burnout, and the intersection of trauma and neurodivergence. I believe our brains aren’t broken — they’re complex, adaptive, and often beautifully neurosparkly ✨
Through Call of the Void Support and Liminal Space, I focus on creating free, peer-led spaces where curiosity is welcome, differences are respected, and being “too much” is never a thing!
